Home Information Packs are now a compulsory part of the home
selling process, so as part of our service to make selling your home as cheap and
easy for you as possible, we are providing HIP’s at a competitive rate and delivering
the completed document quicker than any other company currently in the market place.
The “Skinny HIP”
The “Skinny HIP” is made of four documents, and allows the agent
to market your property legally, this is produced within 48 hours of formal instruction
and contains:
- Index – With order no of Authorised Searches.
- Property Information Questionnaire – Completed by the seller.
- Sales Statement – Completed by the seller.
- Energy Performance Certificate – Completed by the HIP Company within 24 Hrs.
- Land Registry Title Certificate – Provided by The HIP Company.
The “Completed HIP”
The “completed HIP” is the fully completed file and complies with Government regulations
to complete the sale of your property and contains:
- Index
- Property Information Questionnaire
- Sales Statement
- Land Registry Title
- Land Registry Plan
- Lease – If Leasehold or Share of Freehold
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Water Company Search
- Local Authority Search.
The company was started in 2007 by Will Upton,
a fully qualified NHER trained Domestic Energy Assessor.
