Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced full-time Lettings/Property Management negotiator to work in our busy independent office covering Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden and Coombe.  We are looking for someone who is keen to help us expand the business and available to start immediately. Experience with REAPIT software useful but can be trained. ARLA Membership preferred.

Compensation package to include basic, car allowance, commission, pension package and private health insurance (after first year's employment).

 

Personal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced full time personal assistant to the two Directors who will be able to manage many tasks within this dynamic independent Estate Agency. Details of the role can be supplied upon further request. We are looking for someone who can start from the beginning of April, 2016.

Compensation package to include basic salary, car allowance, pension package and private health insurance (after first year's employment).

 

Property Residential Manager

We are seeking an experienced full time  Residential Property Manager to work in our office covering Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden and Coombe.  The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all resident services are carried out to a high standard, delivered in a timely and cost effective manner and is able to offer a first class service to the clients. The applicant is to work closely with the rental team and to assist with appointments where possible.

Please note that if not ARLA qualified, training will be offered

·         A permanent residential property manager position

·         Managing residential houses and apartments

·         Private Health Cover after 1st Years Service

·         Car Allowance

·         Four Weeks Holiday and after five Years Service increases to five weeks

·         Pay £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

 

Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced full time office administrator (Tuesday to Saturday),  who will be able to manage many tasks within this dynamic independent Estate Agency. Details of the role can be supplied upon further request. We are looking for someone who can start promptly.
