Hani Madanat
Founder & Director
Hani has lived in the area since childhood and fully appreciates all that it has to offer; outstanding schools, a world famous park, a great range of restaurants and shopping, and its proximity to central London. Hani started his professional training in 1986 in Mayfair, after graduating with a degree in Business Studies and Marketing, and gained extensive knowledge and experience working in the heart of London until 1989. In January 1990 he started as an independent focusing on properties in Coombe and the surrounding area. He founded Coombe Residential in March 1996 when he opened his office in the Coombe Parade. He has since been joined by an impressive team of negotiators, all of whom live locally and share his vision to serve clients with warmth, integrity and professionalism. Hani is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).
Basma Madanat
Director
Having grown up, studied and worked in various countries before settling down in the UK in 1995, Basma appreciates all that Coombe and the surrounding areas have to offer, in terms of nature, culture and social life. She studied Architecture at university back in Jordan and practised for several years before having a family. As Hani’s wife, Basma got involved as an active behind-the-scenes director of Coombe Residential many years ago, being in charge of HR and supporting the team and Hani in any way possible. However, now that their girls are grown up, Basma’s role has increased, currently dealing with Renewals in Lettings as well as keeping the team on their toes! She says she thoroughly enjoys being part of the Lettings team, especially having Alistair as her boss!
Alistair Harrold
Lettings Manager
Alistair offers excellent customer care and advice. He has been our Lettings Manager for over 17 years and worked in property in the area for over 25 years. He is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). However, Alistair’s interest in homes and decor goes deeper than finding the right home for the right person, he also offers an array of great gifts for your home, this includes homemade fused glassware and refreshing essential oil diffusers. You can find these on display in our offices – along with other items perfect for your home or as a gift for a friend or loved one.
Elizabeth Szot
Junior Sales Negotiator
Elizabeth studied Garden Design at university and went on to study engineering. Since graduating, she’s has worked locally for over 7 years in both lettings and property management and has experience working as a relocation agent. When she’s not working, Elizabeth is a passionate yoga practitioner. Before joining Coombe Residential, Elizabeth already knew the lettings team as she’s a long-term tenant in one of Coombe’s properties. And she’s still there.

Janeen Martin
Lettings Negotiator
Janeen worked for thirty years as British Airways cabin crew, delivering excellent service to its premium customers travelling mainly in first and business classes. She felt it only natural to bring her experience to an industry where she combines her passion for property with her customer service skills, and she enjoys working in a professional environment that keeps family values at the heart of the business.
Anna Crowe
Property Manager
Anna worked in the mortgage and insurance industries in the City before joining British Airways as cabin crew. After having children, she took on a teaching assistant role, enabling students with special needs to access the curriculum. She gave this up in 2018 in order to complete a Master’s Degree in Writing for Young People at Bath Spa University. In this same year, she joined Coombe Residential on a temporary basis and now considers herself very lucky to have become a permanent member of Coombe Residential’s caring, friendly and professional team.
Eve Everett
Part-time Office Administrator
Eve has worked in a range of industries including theatre, advertising and public relations. She joined Coombe Residential in 2010, first as Hani’s full-time P.A./Office Manager, then working part-time as our Sponsorship Co-ordinator, leading Coombe Residential’s community outreach programme, a role she has passed on now to Mouna. She is currently supporting the team as a part-time office administrator.
Imad Masri
Accountant
Imad worked in the Diplomatic Mission for several years, eventually leaving to join a media organisation in Battersea. He joined the team at Coombe Residential in 2000 and has been the company’s accountant ever since. Imad has established good relationships with both tenants and landlords. When he’s not working, he enjoys nature, long walks with family and friends, but mostly loves spending time with his grandchildren.
Christopher Fraser
Designer and Assistant Property Manager
Chris is Coombe Residential’s in-house designer. He has been with the company for over 20 years. His brochures make our properties stand out from the competition. As well as designing brochures, Chris also creates our 3D photography, enabling clients to walk through properties remotely, which has been particularly useful during Covid. Chris is generally unflappable. He loves cookies, cars and motorcycles (but not necessarily in that order).

Kaya
Reception
Kaya joined the team in 2013. She became a full member after a short induction 4 years ago. Kaya can usually be found sitting at the front desk in the meet and greet area. She is easy company and particularly enjoys attending meetings.
